What is your favorite CA/SA cichlid and why?

As the title says, what is your favorite CA/SA cichlid and why? I am trying to figure out how to stock my tank and I think this would be a good way to help me brainstorm and for you all to share your favorites.
It's been years since I've kept CA/SA cichlids other than a eba and some winemilleri that i had for a couple of months. So, i am a little rusty haha and need something to jog my memory. lol
 
I really like a. centrarchus, and have had them in my fish room for many years. They are moderately sized, not overly aggressive, and relatively easy to breed. They exhibit all the things that make us love New World cichlids without some of the inherent downsides (hyper aggression, large tank size requirements, conspecific aggression, etc.)

I do love both of the above mentioned fish. Nics and loiselle have to make the list for me.

so many i still want to keep but so far i love my red devil/midevil/midas. been kind of shifting towards CA cichlids from SA since i got him.

otherwise i love my blue acaras. want to set up an acara tank one day with 4-5 different species groups.

That would be like me playing "Mary Had a Little Lamb" immediately after listening to Mozart's Symphony No. 40.

Seriously though I actually don't have any pics of my little buggers.
