Right out of the bag they are eating thawed bloodworms and hikari cichlid gold sinking.

What do you feed yours? They max at about 5" right?

Yes, 5 inches at the most, I think mine are about 4. I suppliment them with bloodworms occasionally but mainly flakes.

Niger cats are my favorite, but I would really like to get a Megaladoras irwini.

i love my irwini. cant wait till it gets bigger. Ive heard they get less shy with age. They look prehistoric. I hope you get the chance to try one sometime, they are definately worth the slow growth rate.
