What is your preferred stand height?

My preferred stand height is 40'' inch.
Fish are always on my eye level.

When I built the stand for my 180, I wanted it at eye level for me. The top of my stand is at a little over 40", which at 5'6" puts it at perfect eye level for me when I'm standing. I prefer to stand, but even when I'm sitting the tank still has a good view.
