What kind of a turn over rate do you like?

X10-X12 Turnover rate....If I could I'd have a full WC every hour

on my tank now which is 1,200l i turn over 9,500lph

on my new tank i will have 1,000 gal tank and will be turning over 20,000lph its not all about turn over other factors play a part

I couldn't agree more with your statement.Your small tank @ 8 to 1 and your large tank @ 5 to 1 seems realistic. Pehaps a new thread dicussing the factors, not the flow rate, would present a clearer picture of how well this facet of the hobby is actually understood.
