What kind of algae is this

Hi I just wanna know what type of algae this is and how to get rid of it. I’ve been using flourish excel for about a week and nothing has been happening. Can anyone recommend a different product

Looks like several kinds. You've got some standard green hair algae, some cyanobacteria, some diatoms maybe.

I am doing a complete black out for 4 days to start off. moving forward I want to mix my RODI water with tap water to decrease the amount of nutrients I put into the water. I have no clue how to do this and have been researching but cannot find anything for a specific ratio between RODI and tap water. if you know anything about this it would be very helpful!!!!

long term otocinclus are to my knowledge the best algae eaters on the market. I have 3 in my 40 gallon and there is almost no algae to be seen within 4 days of putting them in
