Here in the States, PetSmart has Senegals for $5.99US, they call them Dinosaur Eels. A friend in Edmunton says her local PetSmart has them for about $30CAN. They still call them Dinosaur Eels. They're usually kept with the African Knife fish.

is there any other name they could have? i noticed a tank at pets unlimited the other day with what had to be bichir's in it .. lighter colors looked similar to the sens in that video but they were all about 3 inch's. i don't remember what they had written on the tag for the life of me or what the price was but is there a good chance thats what it was

and thanks to the other post ive turned more towards the sens. thanks for the info! lol. easier on the wallet .. lil more personality and more active. not as lazy. and don't get as big. which leaves a little more room for other options. two of these are deffinatly going in my stock list .. will they get along with a lima shovelnose? .. if odds are yes then those are the three definates i'm putting in my stock list. that covers the bottom of the tank. then a gar and my oscar maybe. see how that goes and if i have any more
room. i noticed what looked like a gar also at pets unlimited .. in their 5000 gallon tank where everyone dropps off their fish lol. he was around 6 inch's looked healthy .. he was a silver..ish light color all over. bottom part of his nose/mouth seemed bent though. top part was straight and bottom seemed to be a littl bent and crooked in so he had a cpase in his mouth you could see through. wish i had gotten pics .. any idea what kinda gar this could be just from hearing that? lol

They might be labeled as Dinosaur Eel or Dinosaur Bichir.
If the "Gar" was silver, might be a needlefish (not a gar). Proper gars usually aren't silver though I think I've seen some Cubans that are close but that would be pretty rare.

Thalan is correct, they're called that in the trade. Dinosaur you-name-it practically. The tubular nostrils are pretty much a dead giveaway at that size though. That small they could even still have the frilly external gills the fry are born with.
