What kind of Catfish is this?

Lol he has been getting well fed here. i picked him up at a local pet store. He is eating around 5-10 catfish sinking wafers a day but what type is he? lol

he looks very healthy just under fed from the store.

hes a niger.

yea he was 24 bucks total.... i figured he looked sweet and i knew he would make it with my silver arowana with those beastly spikes on him... but i trying to find what type of fish he is.. lol

ones near me are around, oh 40 bucks. so id say that with that price and the internet prices, prolly 55-60 is average.

That's the coolest catfish I've ever seen. I'm so going to look around until I find one. You're so lucky to have found him local. Boy, he sure does need groceries, doesn't he? I bet he'd gobble up mussle or shrimp.
