OK, its either a Black or Brown Bullhead.
Black bullheads also have a light colored cressent before the tail.
But to be sure count the rays.

That's mine, it's usually a lot more noticeable but they can be less vivid if they're stressed or annoyed(like during a water change in this case).
I've seen some browns that do also have kind of a tail crescent, so yeah you'll still have to count anal fin rays if you want to be positive.
I still say it's most likely a brown because they're the more likely to be farmed or sold than a black.
