I would go with the Fire Eel... they really like frozen blood worms... good discus tank mate too...
There's a gorgeous 2' fire eel at my LFS. I don't know if they ship or not, but send me a PM if you want their info.
Check out the oddballs listings by Aquascape in the buy and sell forum, they are out of stock right now but they list albino spaghetti eels. Franksaquarium also has spaghetti eels and marmotas.
I used to have a tire track eel and he was pretty aggressive when he ate. I used to feed him guppies and ghost shrimp and as fast as I could drop them in the tank they were gone.

Zigzag eels also stay around 14 inches.
My big fire eel will come out of the water a couple inches for eartworms, the big tiretrack eats 3-5 worms as fast as you can feed him. I have 5 eels from 14-20 inches(plus a little zigzag) in my 150 gallon tank and feeding can be fun as the all come over at the same time. My cats will try to steal the worms from the eels if the let them hang out of there mouths for to long.
