Looks like an african or tilapia that's just messed up from living in a hot spring. I'm sure the water quality isn't great in there and there is quite a bit of sulfur and other chemicals in there.
maybe there's a pretty fish underneath all that UGGly. LOL!.
I'd try deworming bcuz the body doesn't seem to fit the head, & that spring is obviously full of feral domestics from discarded fish. Seems like they should be fatter looking from eating the available fry.

A lot if not all Madagascan cichlids have huge eyes and mouth. its probably..
1. a species of Madagascan
2. hybrid tilapia
3. hybrid haplochromid of some kind from africa.

the water is great the africans and convicts are extreamley healthy. and there is not much sulfer in the spring. but there is taliapia in the spring and it has been around sinse the 1970s so im sure there are many diff types of hybrid and yes im willing to sell these fish i can get many of them also other fish such as fire belly convicts.
