What kind of fish is this?

Not quite sure but the biggest one ive seen was 12-13" so im guessing pretty big, im not sure about the growth rate tho :/

Hello All
I'm new to this world. Recently caught some fish in a nearby hot spring. There are literally thousands of fish in there to say the least. I identified a few that I caught as Jack Dempseys. I also caught a couple mollies. However I can't seem to identify the ones in the pics. Any help?
