What kind of fish is this?

Don’t think the tinfoil bath being questioned is meant for eating. There’s a restaurant near me called cheddars and they have a maybe 350g not sure it’s about 12’ long though but they have a bunch of cichlids and massive rainbow fish. Think this might be similar

Yea ? cheddars is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to just for the fact that while you’re eating you can watch a bunch of massive cichlids swim around. Now I want to go to cheddars lol
