Yeah looks to be a Magma FH, Kamfa x ZZ Red Dragon mix. This line was made to have the same over all colors of a Red Dragon but gain the boxier body style and increased pearl count of the Kamfa. As for the kok, I wouldn't hold out too much hope for growth. Kamfas generally don't grow much of a kok on their heads. This FH also looks stressed out from how it's showing it's stress bars, the vertical bars on the back half. Personally I would add in some extra hiding spots for it and add a dark colored substrate. I generally find that if a fish has an abundance of hiding spots that they are less likely to hide just because they know they have multiple places to hide in if need be. As for the substrate that's just more or less to keep em entertained, they love to dig and move stuff around.

As for the FH's age well it's always kind of hard to tell since allot of em grow at different rates. Yours I could see being a year old already from it's size alone, looks like it's roughly 6-7in atleast. Also to figure out the gender you'll have to remove the fish from the tank and hold it upside down while ya look at the 2 hole by the anal fin. If the vent is larger then the anus it's female but if it's the same size or smaller it's a male. Here's a pic to show what to look for.
