Thank you, do you think it would work if I removed some sand and covered the rest with natural colored gravel that I have? or if I just mixed in a fair amount on top of it. Any advice that is given and has been given thus far is appreciated. - Also does bulb spectrum play a large role? I have 8k bulbs in there currently and I also have some 5700k's I think or whatever the plant growth bulbs are. I have split 24" hoods so the bulbs would have to be the same.
