Depends on fish species. Due to poor eyesight, the frog is usually unable to compete for food while the more active fish steaks it. More laid back feeders do better. Aggressive fish will snack on the frog (especially the legs).

Also why its skin is like that. I mean it is not smooth? is it natural for this kind of frog to have this kind of skin?

Completely normal. These guys have a bumpy skin, clawed frogs are smooth.

Front feet are webbed on the African Dwarf Frog (Hymenochirus boettgeri).

Front feet are not webbed on the African Clawed Frog (Xenopus laevis).
