that fish is a hybrid of two parachromis sp. ive had all of the parachromis and curently keep loisellei, dovii, and managuense. i just sold my 13in male motaguense and im telling you the snout of motaguense, friedrichsthali, managuense, and loisellei do not look elongated like that. this fish is too heavily spotted to be pure dovii, yet it looks alot like one based on the body shape and head profile, elongated snout and large powerful mouth. the only fish ive seen with spots like that was a male motaguense. the black markings on the gill plate and down the lateral line are shared in all parachromis sp.
