The smelly and expensive Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets were probably the most readily consumed sinking pellets I've ever fed, but they are $55 for 2.2 lbs. I've had good luck w/ the brine shrimp pellets from Kens Fish, but they require refrigeration after opening. I'm currently feeding OSI shrimp pellets, which are cheap ($27 for 6 lbs.) and seem to be popular w/ my bichirs, although not nearly as popular as the Hikari pellets:
