Can you imagine the electrical bill for the lighting alone? How about substrate, thats alot of flourite or eco complete!
What exactally do you want to acheive with this? I'm sure we can help if you are serious about having such a massive planted "floodplain".
What type of lighting are you going to have, that will determine the plants that you can keep.
