What kind of puffer fish is this?

I found two more adult size of these Congo spotted puffer. Thinking of adding them together with the one I already have. I cannot find the lifespan details of this puffer in the internet. Does anyone know how long these puffers can live in captive?

They are still pretty recent in the hobby, so exact data is probably not easy to get. I’d guess 10-15 years given similarly sized puffers.
Tbh 4 puffers in a 32 gallon is already pushing it. I’d leave it be.
