What kind of puffer is this?

I have an abei which is similar and he eats all the above including, mussel, oyster, cockle, earthworms..try anything!
As to a name ...I find with names it has to mean something to you depending what you like. I named my puffers Nooki (just because a cute name), Calcifer (after a anime character) and Henry and Tara (in memory of beloved pets).

Fish is doing alot better now. Not shy anymore, recognizes me, has a belly now and better color. Been eating frozen brine shrimp, bloodworms and pond snails. Heres some pics and a video:

body colour, width of skull, nose, and body shape; still suggest T. leirus.
