What kind of puffer is this?

^ sadly still dont think so, i've seen over 50 - 100 baby fahakas have a few of those red spots on their bodies while young (2.5" or less) and as they grow they start to dissapear...

My fahaka looks similar. His spots have gotten longer over time. I was so happy when I saw he had red spots!

My guess was a Target Puffer, but Morticias fahaku looks more like what its likely to grow into.
