What kind of pufferfish is this one?

Tothcantinensis, psittacus, and asellus all look pretty similar when they're young... Could only imagine they are sometimes confused. All 3 live throughout South America, and presumably cross paths at least every now and then
Also my Amazon puffers have teeth that sometimes overgrow and I trim them every 6 months and this puffer video don’t have teeth like Amazon puffers, his mouth looks like figure 8 mouth
Teeth will be different based on diet and how recently they have been clipped. Though I do agree that the face seems more tetradon like when it stares right at you. The pattern just screams Amazon to me though.
Plecos can also be super high waste, but aggression shouldn’t be an issue.
I’d wait on an exact ID before purchasing though just to be sure.
