Hystrix Stingray for sure. Possibly Motoro but not sure.

I consider '4x8' the minimum footprint for any rays for life personally.this is one 16" male in a 3'x6' footprint.

Mossaic Stingray - Potamotrygon scobina

He probably means the worlds smallest freshwater stingray. Mosaic Stingray is its common name.

Blue motoro. I believe he is about done growing, but he is in a 4x8 again as the 6x3 was temporary and he was cramped.
