Though not as large, female also will display the nuchal hump.

Red devil- Amphilophous labiatus
Midas- Amphilophous citrinellus

Unless you buy from a reputable dealer, with young specifically sold via scientific name and/or locality, they are almost guaranteed to be a red devil/midas mix.
