My lfs had this lil guy for sale, i found him cute and nicely colored. Problem is they only had the name "Asian Synodontis" written down for it... so that means pretty much anything goes. Was hoping u guys could help me figure it out n perhaps ill go get him :D thanks in advance to those who take this challenge!

Thinking he's a hybrid and he was bred in Asia...which would make him an "Asian syno"....i'm 70% with that and 30 that he's some nice syno I don't recognize

Is it possible it's a Syno Petricola? I went back today and i got a chance to ask the owner?

Def not a true petricola in my eyes. Different face. No white whiskers & white fin borders...Does have a nice golden base color & spotting similar to petricola..maybe has petricola blood though
