Most defiantly Cane Toad/marine toad bufo marinus.
if you manage to kill it due to bad husbandry you deserve a medal.
Highly toxic make sure you wash your hands befor and after handling.
if your dog or cat comes into contact with it they can die.
They get huge i have seen them well over 10" svl

I guess in theory they could as same type of Cane but if anyone caught one that big it would be in the news.
i dont think they have genetically diverged very much since being released in Au.(studies show a slight proportion change in the length in one of the upper leg bones in the aussie toads) but thats all they have seen as far as change goes i think its still the same animal in most respects so i see no reason why you could not get one to grow that big.
