FYI, syn's line's fade from fish to fish aswell. but from what i've noticed not as commonly as with bif's.

I see what you mean, Ed. But there are synspillum traits to his vieja. I can see where you would say bifasciata too. This just further convinces me that it's some sort of hybrid.
 
Lol, Bderick67. Checked your thread and noticed that I commented that your fish was a synspilus after your first photos. At times I see a bit of each in mine. Synspilus, BB, and Bifa. And it eats like there is no tomorrow.
