They could be either Freddies or Louis but I cant tell for certain with those pics. Look more like a Jag to me untill better pics are taken.

for loiselli or freddy's at 3-4", i'd say something like $15-25, there difference's in general, are not prominant until they get to be mature, once they hit like 6 it's easy to see, and as they get older the easier it get's both to id and sex, for all the parachromis speices.
