what is the tank size? What else are you keeping it with and how big are they? How big is it? What is the water temp?
I have my temp over 80 degrees just with loads of aeration.
If you have the cash spare, buy a powerhead, they;ll do a much better job of oxygenating the water.
It's all about surface turbulence, not bubbles in the water.
Buy a powerhead, do not use the venturi air tube thing, and just put the phead outlet very close to the surface so it creates huge ripples, you'll then have highly oxygenated water and a better flow.

it is an ocellaris...your water temp should be between 84-86*F and check your water parameters as you may have high ammonia levels...do a 1/4 water change and and add an airstone....do not drop your temperature as pbass will die at lower temps.
