Not super large fish, but I used to hand feed the Mikula frontosa & discus groups I owned previously
It depends. Do you want the fish to eat your entire hand, or does biting off fingers and other chunks still qualify?
Severums tend to learn pretty quick. Any of the more extroverted fish probably would be pretty easy to train to hand feed.
My fire Eels are super easy to hand feed, pleading and begging for more. Its the only time I ever see them.
I had a 4ft tesselate eel wrap around my arm and take the silversides of my fingertips that is how I fed him always then I had a small one and guess what happened he slit my finger in half
