Minus the h...lol...Crenicichla...but yeah....thats a great start! But there is more to my chaos of pickin fish species!! You get 5 points though!

I knew it looked funny after I typed it. I guess I should have taken a second to look it up. So what else piques your fancy?

i would have to agree with this, hence wanting more dats

i would say the personality and the way they look or act with other fishes. being able to swollen big feeders whole is always a plus. :headbang2

Agreed on Dats being personable. Bigger ones more so. Small dats tend
to be shy as hell and thats why a lot of first time dat keepers get disappointed.

i would have to say the price

3 things make the fish desireable

mean, moving and intelligent...
at least for a fish dat's and aros show alot more intelligence comapred to a goldfish.

can you elaborate? you want them cheap or expensive??
usually the "expensive " ones are expensive for a reason
rare, color, size, shape, the fish is expensive usually for a reason.

In addition to Dats, I also like those goldfish, because their mouths are always open and ready to suck on something....
