In a half ass attempt to liven up this forum I am gonna ask what native species everyone keeps. Naturally, I'll start...

2 Pumpkinseeds
Brown Bullhead
Bluntnose minnows
Fathead minnows

Not much right now, I gotta get rid of some of this damn tropicals, in the past I have kept...

Chain pickerel
Largemouth Bass
Bluegill
Creek Chubs
Blacknose Dace
Central Stoneroller
American Flagfish
Tesselated Darter

Yeah honestly this forum needs more traffic because it's kind of dead at times. Without sandtiger and guppy it would be totally lost. Sorry I can't contribute as much as I like because I got nothing new going on right now with my fish hobby.

For right now I only have
3 LMB
3 Bullheads
2 Brook Stikcleback (got them with my feeders)
and a whole bunch of crappie minnows......but they're only for feeding ;)

Just wait till spring time comes and I'll be catching my own little guys. I'm targeting in early spring to get some Rock bass, Smallies, and hopefully walleyes. Then in early summer I hope to go to my secrete spot and get some baby Northern Pikes like last year, that is the fish I'm really after.

Yeah, I am gonna have to do some collecting this spring/summer as well....heck, if the weather keeps up I might do winter collecting. I am more targeting smaller species though like madtoms, minnows, killifish and darters. I would like to try to breed a few of the native minnows and killifish.

Just bullheads for right now, but I have plans to get some sunfish when the ice goes off the lake.

I'm also going to try some darters, minnows and killis eventually. I just don't have the tanks ready yet.

Only have a 10gal with guppies for now... wife did give me permission to build a 8x3x3 tank though, so eventaully I'll have warmouth, blugills, etc.

Currently keeping NONE.But I would like to have a couple of bullheads,a couple of bluegill, a rock bass, some green sunfish, maybe a couple of pumpkinseeds.
I am very tempted to get one of those baby albino channel catfish.I know I would be able to house it for a little while at least.

I am tempted too, I love those guys...I'll have to keep re-straining till I have my own gigantic pond.

I want to catch some rock bass, white perch, white bass, and some brook lamprey (nonparistic) .
