What natives do you keep?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
in my 60g i have 4 warmouth/rockbass, 1 channel cat, 1 bullhead, 1 brown bullhead, 5 sand minnows, 2 brim, a chub, and hoping to get a largemouth bass soon. i get them all by my cast net. :headbang2

2 Bluegill, (possibly BG/redbreast hybrids) and a madtom though certainly not in the same tank.

1 rockbass in a 120 with an oscar and an ornate (HE bosses the oscar around, not the other way), and attempted to keep wild golden shiners=complete failure

90 gallon tank
5 shiners
6 black nose dace
1 Chub
1 baby white sucker
3 small crayfish
1 Pleco

All seem to be doing ok together so far.

3 pumpkinseed, 2 bluegill, channel cat, white cat, eel, and a crayfish. Not all in same tank, but I do need a bigger tank soon. Got a 500 gallon ply build in the very near future, keep up with the diy section for the build thread.

What type of Bluegill do you have? You guys have a local subspecies of Bluegill in Florida called mysticalus when I get a bigger tank I would love to get one.

Right now I have black banded sunfish, blue spotted sinfish, and banded sunfish. Redfin pickerels, black jump rock, white bullhead, tadpole matoms, swamp darters, and Paddlefish! :headbang2
