Check out these photos too, albeit, as I said, I don't think the fish in the OP pic is an irwini. I think it's a Rock-Bacu aka Soldier Catfish aka Lithodoras dorsalis.

I didnt realise they were as colourful as that. I figured something alomg those lines with the spikes up the side. just never seen colour like that
