What pleco is good for me?

Picked up a pleco at the LFS. Here he is. I believe L162. They also had some L-333's there as well but the were in a quarantine tank. Is $32 a good price for the L-333's?

Not familiar with the one you got but I like him. And yes-$32 at an LFS for an L333 is a decent price. You might check around AquaBid.com also if you're not against having one shipped.

He was listed as a clown pleco. Hope it was right. I'd hate to have bought a future giant.

Clown plecos L162 will stay pretty small but are easy plecos.
I think the prize they charge is reasonable for a fancy pleco.

I paid $4 for him. I didn't think that was bad either.

$4 is good for any pleco except a baby common

I find the L-14 to be a very peaceful pleco, even if its a giant pleco.. (12") granted.. they are meat eaters.... but The temperature required for angel is similar to the temperature of L-14.
