Don't look for it to mature until around 18" plus. And while they do grow large, they grow fast
up to 20-24" then tend to slow down after that from what I have seen and read from other owners.
From what I have read. Female flowers and tigers mature at a much larger size than the males. More like 24" to 30" and 4 or 5 years old. If you want to see the maximum potential size of a female flower , check out the video on monster fishkeepers YouTube channel. That is the biggest one around.
Zoodiver is a good person on here to ask if you have questions on flowers. Also check out old posts by omejena. In fact most of the people on here with large flowers and tigers are all helpfull.
My male has the largest appetite of any ray I have kept. He can now eat 300grams of prawns in a single feed. And he would still eat more. Also some people say they are more sensitive than other species. This is not true. They are just often in a bad shape when imported. Yours looks healthy.
