Males are usually smaller, around 12-14", but some do grow larger. Females can grow over 24".

ive seen males around 20" and female motoro around 30" so over time they do get huge

leopoldi are by far the hardyest and easiest but cost a bit more.motoro, peals and henlei are very hardy too.
