Actually there are some females that dont have the patches on the gill plates its rare but its possible.... I think we need better pics or vent pics... Body shape is too round for males but could just be a chunky boy... Those of you saying male please explain your reasons for saying its male..

Still female imo... but what a weird shape, I had never seen a green terror with such a fat belly lol

Here's a pair so you can compare... look at how much more color the male has in the body... the colored lines are much bolder, and it's not oval-shaped. Female Green terrors can also develop pointed fins at some point, it's not an exclusive male trait.
