Both pink and black convicts will cross with many other fish. I have seen them cross with angels, and jacks.

Why do you need to cross her with anything?
How about getting her a male pink convict. It is great to watch convicts spawn and show their superb parenting skills.
If you cross fish, some of the fry may look like their parents and they may end up in aquariums as "pure" fish, then when they get bred to other "pure" fish, some strange things happen.

That oscar comment made absolutely no sense at all.

WYLDFYA - Never heard of such a thing - An angel crossing with anything else, much less a convict. Care to elaborate? Pics?

I agree - get a gorgeous male pink, or even a black and white.
