Ignoring the fact that its attached to the wall by a couple of screws i would go with either an african oddball tank with a few smaller polys, african butterflyfish, ropefish, a few synodontis and congo tetras.

You can pick anything you would like i guess. What about like a community of rainbows, or even discus. I think it's really up to you as far as what is in your range and what you would like to keep.
