Oh, okay, I get it. :D

hehehe

hey justonemore tank

what would you stock 2 20gals with ?

LOL you just knock me out. You've got tanks and never know what to put in them! My problem is the opposite -- I want too many fish and have to get more tanks for them.

As I told you a while back, I have a 20 long I'm going to do little puffers in (have decided to go FW puffers). I'm going to dig it out of the shed, clean it up, and start cycling it this weekend, so that's exciting.

As for what you could do with your 20's, I'm thinking here...

Do you have access to Exodons? You seem to like them... why not do a school of those?

How about a small Amazon community tank? Tetras, Hatchets, Corys, maybe an Angelfish... I've got one of these, except it's a 125, and I really, really like it. Lots of action all over the tank.

Have you ever heard of halfbeaks? They're a really interesting-looking livebearer -- look sorta like a gar or the gar-ry characins. Might be neat to breed them.

That's all I've got off of the top of my head. Try looking at this page:

http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ca/volume_5/volume_5_3/stocking.htm

It's got lots of ideas for stocking smaller tanks/

yea i got access to exos i just dont wanna pay 8$ a piece and have to buy 15+ all at once

puffers are cool maybe a gsp ( do one of the tanks barackish- what fish can be housed with gsp ?)

and the other tank with convicts ?
or breeding crs and halfbeaks and ( those loaches that look like stingrays ?) and a school of harluquin rasboras and maybe some other rareish schooler

IMO Puffer tanks are usually best left at that -- species tanks. It's easier for everyone involved.

I think convicts would work, but I'm not really familiar, so maybe ask that one in the right forum for those guys.

I think the loach is a Hillstream Loach, but maybe not.

As for Exodons, I don't think you'd want 15, anyway -- they're going to grow to about three inches, so that would be a whole lotta fish -- I'd say eight to ten.

holy thread derail batman. ryeguy you should make your own threads about how other peoples fish suck and yours are awesome, those 2 20's sound pretty MONSTER too

LOL I'm sorry for going so off-topic... ryeguy, you should make threads on what to stock these with... Sorry Loves Severums!

lolz its not the size of the tank its the fish and attitude of the fish that is in the tank
