To convert to brackish go from 1-tsp ger gallon to 2
when the fish get bigger increase to 3 per gallon as thier tolerance for salt will also increase, then you can add monos, scats, puffers, archers yadda yadda yadda

dragon gobys are odd, some will thrive in fw, almost all will thrive in brackish, and they have been found in full salt at depths like 100 feet plus.

Specific gravity. You can get a tester from anyplace that sells marine supplies.
