What should I put in my 25 gallon tank?

I'm thinking of getting a 25 gallon tank and need some ideas for the stocking.
I'm thinking maybe just 1 Firemouth Cichlid.
Or maybe Just 1 firemouth and 1 Convict.

I don't know.
I want some kind of Cichlid that gets to a decent size not to big not to small.

You could probably do a breeding pair of cons and for some extra movement get some small fast fish like danios. Or you could do a dwarf cichlid tank add some plants and other fish...

Will maybe 2 cons female Work. Or a Single Firemouth. Or maybe a con and a firemouth work.
I really want a firemouth but don't know if it'd fit in my tank.

i'd think a single firemouth would be fine, as far as a firemouth AND a convict i don't know, you'd probably have to heavily plant it for territories if you did that but i'd get somebody elses input to verify that.

Don't really wanna breed.
I think I'll get the Firemouth, is there anything else that could co-exist with it in my 25 gallon tank.
If not I'll just get a single firemouth.
