In the US, I know Albert has Thai Silk fry at the moment I think for around $15 each or something. Hes located in SoCal. He and a friend have recently opened a sales and transhipping operation but they have had lots of experience before that.

Overseas, I recommend seller Fengsui. They Amercians with a shop in Thailand, their names are Dave and I think Nathan. They have a great reputation. THey had Silk fry a week ago so there should be a lot left and they also have listed a few nice silk at the moment.
