What Size Do You Prefer To Buy Cichla?

Good one.I like to get them in the three to four inch size range.I'm a kelberi man and the ones that I have had the pleasure of having,were at least three inches and even at that size I could see their potential.The price looks better also.

2-4. In groups of 3. Much easier to introduce prepared foods before they get too accustomed to live. Next best would be any that are allready converted off of live, at any size.

I like to get them at 2-3" because I find it's easier to get them to eat blood worm and other dead foods from that size. However If I can get them 9"+ and feeding on pellets then that's even better.
