An 8x2.5 would look better than a 6x3 but if you have or could get the money for an 8x3 you would be that much satisfied for longer and you motoros would be way happy. And you could prolly fit 4 motoros or 3 motoros and 2 small rays in the bigger one.

My rays are in an 8' x 4' pond and it does not look too big.
I would go for at least 8' x 3'.
