I have been keeping and breeding severums for 4 years. I've seen it all. That is an oddly patterned green Severum. Sweet find!

I'd say hybrid/oddball "green". Doesn't look like any of the true species to me, but still looks cool!
It's an efasciatus with a light body pattern. It could also be a hybrid of efasciatus and something else but the red lines in the face and body are usually an efasciatus thing.
Notatus and sp. Inirida would have spots instead of striations, as well as the black cheek stripe along the bottom of the gill. Inirida and rotkeil (if pure) will only have 8 bars whereas this fish has 9. If it weren't showing such a dramatic barring pattern it'd have a light green/yellow base, which isn't too uncommon in the various tank-bred efasciatus types.
No such thing as a hybrid severum. 2 different species, i.e. a notatus and a rotkeil, will only produce a half and half mix of both species, i.e. half notatus half rotkeil
