What species can breed with a jaguar cichlid ??!!

I've learned the hard way about looking up strange fish names from this site. I have seen many...many things that I shouldn't have!:eek: My wife walks in, looks at the computer screen and I tell her, "I swear I was only looking up a fish!"

Ha I remember when I looked up a Black Nasty Cichlid...but forgot to include Cichlid in the search...Bad choice...

whats funny is my wife would believe me. she said to me the other day on my day off, "so, you played with your fish all morning, then you went to the fish store, now you're watching a fish show on tv? you are such a geek!!"
 
I have never seen a Javini but there is no reason why it couldn't work. Jags breed with everything. I would try a young female Jag and a grown male Salvini do to the size differance.
 
yeah i saw texas x jag jag x covicts and i want a jag x salvini to get a female jag .....
lets hope they will breed ( one time i had an only salvini female she colored in red on her belly and start courting my male jd then they fight but they didn't breed ) lets hope i can get some babies
