What stones are best to keep in an piranha tank? And also what plants , because i'm going to decorate my tank soon for them.

I would say larger smooth stones to break up their sight, and so they wont get cut....they are fairly skiddish right? I'm not big into p's but im sure someone that is will have some good suggestions.

anything dark as far as substrate goes brings out the red in there stomach more.....any kind of rock would work but to keep with the dark theme i would go with some slate its usually pretty smooth......plants dont matter just choose according to your lighting

ok thx guys , so every plant can actually be used in there?
Your plant selection will depend on your lighting choice some plants require low levels of light other need high levels of light here a easy general reference chart for you-Anne

Stupid chart didn't attach lol2nd try

i would go for low level plants with piranha if you choose to use real plants.
as for gravel i used a 50/50 black natural mix it was dark but no overpowering.

Piranha are extremely messy eaters. If u use stones for decoration left over food will certainly get trapped and ruin ur water quality fast!!!

I'am thinking about big stones here?, nice picture btw DiXoN.
Yeah i was thinking about low level plants and medium / high light plants.
I already have normal gravel and thinking about adding some black gravel on one side of the aquarium.
