What temperature do YOU keep YOUR bass in?

Cichla are prone to having ich and it cannot survive in higher temps.

I keep mine between 84 and 86.

well my theory with water temperature related to the high quantitiy of bass i had with nuchul humps. judging by the replies with high temps that ive read, id have to lean away from it being my water temps and having more to do with my feeding patterns.
 
I keep mine 300F-400F, that way when the water boils it gives them oxygen. :FIREdevil

I really like about 86-88F for juvies cause they grow fast without ich, are very active, and very hungry. 80-82F for my big boys and girls, cause they seem to be happy at that temp.
 
And with the temp thing and ich, the high temp doesn't kill the ich, it shortens the life cycle by speeding it up... So it allows it less time to attach to the fish and lives on the fish less time..There is good info in the sticky for it..
 
I would lumpy....I keep my juvies at 86-87. Once they hit 10-12" i feel its safe in the low 80s.
